Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. VenitaStyle reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. Product Information

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Accessories that come with the clothing are complimentary and are not included in the prices of the products. Exchanges are not allowed if the colours of these accessories are different shown in the pictures.  Accessories that are not complimentary and require additional charges will be stated in the product page.

Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

2. Pricing Information

All prices stated are Nett and priced in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are excluded.

VenitaStyle.com reserves the right to revise the product prices at any time without prior notice in advance. However, customers who already made orders before the price revision, will still buy at the price at the point of purchase.

3. Payment Modes

For customers domiciled in Singapore, we accept local bank transfers/ ibanking (POSB/ DBS Bank/OCBC/UOB). International customers (and local) can make payment using credit cards accepted Payapal. Payment is to be made immediately upon confirmation of the order. However, if special arrangement needs to be made, do let us know through email and we would see what we can best do. For bank transfers, please select Direct Bank Transfer when checking out.

4. Shipping and Returns

Local and International Shipping

Local (Singapore) Delivery                                                                               

For local shipment, we ship out our items either through normal mail or registered mail. We will send out your orders only after we have received your payment. After we have posted the parcel, it may take 2 to 3 working days for the delivery to be completed.We strongly encourage customers to opt for registered mail although the lost of parcel during normal mail is rare.                                                        

Upon posting the parcel, an email would be sent to your email stating either the date that the mail was being sent (for normal mails) or the registered article number (for registered mails). 

A flat postage cum handling fee of SGD2 per order is charged for each Singpost non-registered local (Singapore) mail and SGD 4.24 per order for all registered local (Singapore) mail regardless of the weight of the parcel for each order.                                                                                                     

VenitaStyle.com would not be liable for any lost parcels during the mailing process.                                                                                               

Registered Mail Delivery                                                         

For customers who opt for registered mail, the parcel(s) will be delivered to your doorstep via Singpost's registered mail system and takes approximately 2 - 3 working days. Article tracking no. will be provided.                                                      

Overseas Delivery                                                                                                       

VenitaStyle.com engages the service of Singapore Postal Service for all our overseas delivery.                                                               

A flat registered mail cum handling fee of SGD 4.24 per order will be charged on top of  SingPost postage fee calculated based on the weight of the parcel which uses SingPost Zone 2 postage charges for overseas delivery.

(All non-winter clothings weigh approximately 250-450 grams each. Winter clothings weigh approximately 800 grams each).                                                                                                              

A tracking number would be sent to your email upon sending out the parcel. You can hence track your shipment through the TRACK & TRACE Generally, it will take about 7 - 10 working days, depending on zone area. We will send out your orders only after we have received your payments.                                               

Please note that for overseas shipping, ordering in bulk will be more economical since the charges are based on the items weight.    

VenitaStyle.com would not be liable for any lost parcels during the mailing process. 

Exchange or Refunds

Upon payment of orders, you confirm the item(s) you have ordered and no cancellation, exchange or refund is allowed. Hence, please ensure that the item you have submitted is of the correct color and size which you desire. The colour of the actual product might differ slightly from the photographs on our site due to varying monitor displays. No refund or exchange is allowed in the case of such colour differences. Measurements can be found in each individual page of the product.  Please note that all measurements are taken before stretching where applicable. We therefore do not provide refunds or exchange for items that are too big or too small.

Only merchandise that is defective beyond repair may be exchanged (or refunded for out-of-stock items). Please e-mail us details of the defect and have the item returned to us within 5 days.

5. Confirmation of Order

Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order and no refunds will be given, so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

•     The product ordered being unavailable from stock

•     Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment

•     The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

VenitaStyle.com not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VenitaStyle.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Though generally our items are safe, but different individuals may be allergic to different contents or materials. Hence, VenitaStyle.com shall not be held legally responsible if the customer has any allergic reaction to any of the materials in our items. You agree to indemnify and hold the VenitaStyle.com indemnified parties harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damage, liabilities and/or expense that may be incurred by the VenitaStyle.com indemnified parties arising out of or in connection with your use of the site and products including the legal costs, fees and expenses of defending VenitaStyle.com indemnified parties against any claim by any or all of the parties to any transaction and/or by any other person.

8. Privacy Policy

We do not give out any personal information obtained by us and we take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our e-boutique.


9. Copyright

All graphic, arrangement & textual content of this site are property of VenitaStyle.com or its suppliers. Reproduction, distribution, transmission or used of any contents from VenitaStyle.com in any way is strictly prohibited unless otherwise advised by VenitaStyle.com.

10. General

VenitaStyle.com reserves the right to modify, amend or change the Terms & Conditions at any time and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately when posted on this Website. Hence, you are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms & Conditions. Any continued use of this site, shall be deemed as your acceptance of the changes made in the Terms & Conditions.
